Are WoW Mythic+ Keystones hard?

• 11 to 15 M+ dungeons are where the most players stop, they don’t go further. These keys have rewards of 415-421 ilvl which is considered enough for almost anything. This is a real challenge, but still possible for an average player.
• Mythic plus keys higher than 16 are considered hardcore. Ilvl of the rewards grows up to 427 for +20 dungeon completion, you can’t get any higher. This level of keys is impossible without the prepared team of players.
