Great Service (HC LUB)

Upon purchasing I was contacted and pointed in the right direction immediately so I had a point of reference for any questions I had. This put my mind at ease as this was my first time using the service. The invites were prompt around 15mins before the raid as advertised and trash proceeded to be cleared in readiness so the run itself was shorter. Unfortunately the people running the raid had some connection issues which couldn't be helped but they were swift in contacting me to rearrange. The second attempt went much like the first, prompt and without issue. Would definitely recommend and will most likely use again myself in the future.
